Steps to reproduce

1. Create Content Type with Measurement Field Type (atm make sure to add TextLine with name before adding Measurement Field Type)
2. Try creating Content of that Type, but input decimal (positional) value, e.g. 1.5

Expected result: validation error occurs.

Actual result: value is stored properly.
