Steps:

1. Create Content Type with Measurement FT and set some default value for Input Type e.g. Simple Input.
2. Create Content Item based on this CT.
3. Verify Measurement field value.

Actual result: Filed is empty.
Expected result: Default value is visible.

Remarks: Affects also default value in measurement attribute (attached exception when creating product for such product type). => Attribute part fixed in IBX-2695.
