[Migrations] It's not possible to specify attribute values using attribute identifier

    Description

      It's not possible to create a Product and specify the Attribute values using Attribute identifier in migrations.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Download the attachment
      2. Execute: php bin/console ibexa:migrations:migrate --file=path/to/attachment/reproducer.yaml

      Expected:
      Product with specified attribute values is created

      Actual:
      Exception:
