Steps to reproduce:

1. Add date fieldtype to Landing Page Content Type and set it to required.
2. Edit any Landing Page.
3. Observe the browser's console.

Result:
One can see JS error present:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setAttribute')

Expected result:
There shouldn't be any error in the console.

Note:
This happens also if we add Date fieldtype to any other Content Type.
The issue can prevent UDW or RTO from working properly.
