Deploying a new project's version to platform.sh won't clear translation cache.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Clean installation of Ibexa DXP v3.2.6 deployed without Varnish to platform.sh
2. In translations/ibexa_platform_welcome_page.en.xlf change:

<target state="new">Welcome to</target> 

to

<target state="new">Hello</target> 

3. Commit changes and deploy them to platform.sh
4. Access the project's front page

Result:

Welcome to
Ibexa Digital Experience Platform 3.2.6

Expected result:

Hello
Ibexa Digital Experience Platform 3.2.6

Note: clearing the cache manually after deployment with php bin/console cache:clear clears the cache and a proper message is shown.
