Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to back office.
2. Go to Admin / Product catalog / Catalogs.
3. Start creating a new catalog.
4. Expand 'Add filter' dropdown.
5. Move cursor at the bottom of dropdown.

Expected result:

Properly displayed dropdown values.

NOTE:

When blank value in "Add filter" is selected then a JS exception occurred in web browser console.
