Steps to reproduce:

1. Create at least 6 product types
2. Create catalog with "Product type" filter, select at least 6 types
3. Go to product list, expand show more icon (represented as button "+X")

Expected bahaviour:

Only items that are not visible in main tags list should appear in popup

Actual behaviour:

All items are visible in popup
