Steps to reproduce:
0. Log in to nightly
1. Enable SEO in "Article" CT
2. Define meta tags "title" and "description" as "SEO - <title> and "SEO - <intro>" respectively.
3. Define "og:title" tag as "OG - <title>" and "twitter:title as "T - <title>".
4. Leave "og:description" and "twitter:description" empty.
5. Create and publish a CI of "Article" type with title "Tytuł" and Intro "Wstęp".
6. Preview the article and display its source:

Expected result:

• Meta fields are present and properly populated

Actual result:

• The <meta name="title" content="SEO - Tytuł" /> tag is missing.
• The <title> tag is present twice with different contents
• The <meta name="description"> tag displays obsolete characters instead of <meta name="description" content="SEO - Wstęp">
• <meta property="og:description" content="" /> and <meta name="twitter:description" content="" /> tags that should automatically inherit content from SEO tags are empty.
