Preconditions:

• Added taxonomy entry assignment field type to Folder CT with selected taxonomy in field definition
• Added multiple number of tags under Content / Tags

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to back office.
2. Go to Content / Content structure.
3. Start creating a new Folder.
4. Switch to 'Meta' field group.
5. Click on 'select tags' button.
6. Verify list of available tags.

Actual result:
See attached screenshot.

The list of available tags are always rolled up.

Expected result:

The list of all available tags should be expanded by default or a new functionality to expand all tags should be added.
