Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Site Factory.
2. Create some Sites in Site Factory.
3. Play around Back Office and observe cache calls being made in Symfony's debug toolbar. For example, for 8 Sites being created one can observe 115 calls, most of which are duplicates:
   
   This number can grow exponentially with a larger amount of Sites.

Note:
Most of the calls originate from menu-related subscribers.
