Inconsistencies in showing which fields from Billing address are required:

Scenario 1:

1. Go to Members -> Companies
2. Create Company
3. Fill in all required fields
4. Click create
5. You will be held back, as Billing address name is required but doesn't have "*"

Scenario 2

1. Go to Company self-registration
2. Fill in all required fields except Billing address, just add a name there
3. The application goes through
