Preconditions:

• Add embed form in Content / Forms

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to back office.
2. Go to Content / Content structure.
3. Edit existing LP content.
4. Add 'Form' block to LP.
5. Go to 'Form' block settings.
6. Click on 'Select content' button in 'Basic' tab.
7. In UDW select form mentioned in preconditions.
8. Verify web browser console output.

Actual result:
See attached screenshot.

Selecting form in UDW for form block causes a JS exception.

Expected result:

No exception occurs.

Note:
The same error occurs on CI and local environment for other blocks:
