Steps to reproduce:
1. Run migration file attached - with reference to locationId like:

value: '### reference("ref_location__article__article1") ###'

Actual result:
Migration is successful - but PHP error occurs on front of app (collection block disappears).

Expected result:
Dedicated exception appears.
