[Catalog block] DateTime input shroud not be displayed in Scheduler tab

    Description

      Steps:

      1. Create new landing page.
      2. Add Catalog block.
      3. Go to Scheduler tab.

      Result: DateTime input is visible. For other blocks it appears after clicking Set date.
