Github Actions has deprecated the set-output and save-state functions:

We need to get rid of them in Browser tests before the deprecation period ends.

Goal of this task:

• go through the logs in browser tests (v2/v3/v4)
• if there is a deprecation warning get rid of it:
  • in our code: replace with the new suggested approach
  • in 3rd party action: bump the action version
