Steps to reproduce

• Enable translations and use German as a language.
• Navigate to a content in the Back Office and click on the more options 'kebab' menu on the upper right hand side.
• The first element "Teilbaum kopieren" is shown in two lines and when hovering over it, the gray background has no margin to the top (see screenshot).
  (in order to have "Teilbaum kopieren" as first element it might be neccessary to resize the browsers window)

• Do the same with English as the UI language and there, the first element "Hide" has a proper margin on hover.
