Steps to reproduce:

1. Clean installation of Ibexa DXP.
2. Setup Site Factory https://doc.ibexa.co/en/4.4/multisite/site_factory/site_factory/.
3. Create a single Site Factory site with path test - we should see localhost/test route being available in Site Factory list.
4. At this point we have two Site Accesses: site, test (Site Factory hashed).
5. Create a Landing Page content under Test folder.
6. Edit this Landing Page.

Result:
One is not able to switch from site Site Access to test (Site Factory hashed) Site Access in any way. Seems like a regression from removing preview in v3.3.

Expected result:
The test (Site Factory hashed) Site Access should be visible in the Page Builder navbar to switch to.
