If an Admin removes a block from a Landing page field type e.g. ContentList block is removed from landing page field type in 'Home' Content-Type 

When an Editor edits a content item based on Home Content-Type

Then the Editor will see

1. A warning message that suggests that the user will have to delete the outdated blocks before publishing the content
2. Disabled Publish button
3. All the configured ContentList blocks on the page as
   • Hidden 
   • Move and Block Settings buttons disabled
   • Delete Block button enabled
