The Ibexa Connect block can not be added to a page with a default Experience setup of Ibexa.

The block is shown in the list, but when clicked on or added to the page, the parameters right pane briefly opens and closes immediately.

This can easily be reproduced on a default 4.6.0-beta2.

Configuring a template as documented seems to have fixed it at some point, but I was unable to reproduce the fix so far.

The expectation is that parameters should show up fine even if no templates are configured. Alternatively, the block could be disabled / hidden if it isn't configured properly.
