Steps

1. Install ibexa experience 4.5.3
2. Go to the 'Tags' tab
3. Verify that the Root tag has the English translation
4. Create a new tag under Root
5. During creation click Change path in the Parent section

Result
Warning Not translated in English (United Kingdom) language is visible next to Root element. See Screenshot_en.

Expected result
No warning is shown when translation is available.

Note
When no translation is available there is also a warning icon next to the element's name(See Screenshot2_de). It looks like the message on the gray background describes the icon, but it's also shown when the icon is not there.
