When user is in context of moving item and using "Create" button, he/she is thrown out of context

Steps:

1. Go to content structure
2. Select content
3. Click "Move"
4. UDW opens
5. Choose location
6. Click "Create" button
7. Creating new element is opened
8. Click "Confirm"

Actual: 

User is redirected to main location (from where he/she was starting the moving process) and item that was moving is moved to new location. 

Expected:

After clicking "Confirm" (that actually should be labeled "Save and close" because of simplify action), he/she should be redirected to UDW (still in moving process) and she/he should decide, where to move item. Moving should be confirmed by "Move" button.
