Steps to reproduce:

1. Create some Tags in the Tags Taxonomy.
2. Add 3 taxonomy_entry_assignment fields to the Folder Content Type with different identifiers.
3. Create a new Folder and set different Tags to each field.

Result:
Tags are not stored properly in fields.

Expected result:
Tags are stored properly in fields.
