Steps:

1. Choose site context
2. Allow location preview
3. Go into context menu of one element
4. Hover another element near by

Actual result

Context menu is covered by location preview

Expected result

Location preview should always be one layer above context menu (it is more important), can never be covered by any element. Location preview should be displayed on the right side, not above element in content tree, as designed
