Currently there's no timeout for showing popover with location preview, therefore it's shown each time mouse is over item, even if we want to pass through it to another element.

With Ida we decided to set threshold to 1000ms (similar to confluence, which, as I understand, has 500ms timeout + around 500ms to load content)
