Currently, user cannot use e.g. links in PB page preview to go to another page but they can still interact with a page e.g. open dropdown. We do not want this behaviour.

Potential problems:
1. disabling all pointer-events in PB preview like in Preview for content is not possible, because blocks' elements are rendered inside the iframe (preview)
2. disabling pointer-events outside zones would block current drag-and-drop implementation https://github.com/ibexa/page-builder/blob/ad46a5fd263d373e9f518a83c15952d63775036c/src/bundle/ui-dev/src/modules/page-builder/page.builder.js#L1020
3. it should be determined whether we want rendered blocks to be interactive - it could be considered by some to be a feature ???
