Preconditions:

Editor or customer user exists in application.

Steps:

1. Log in to the back office
2. Go to Admin/Users
3. Find user which can be removed in the content tree
4. Click [...] button and select "Delete"
5. Click Confirm

The same happens for deleting user from sub-items list:

1. Log in to the back office
2. Go to Admin/Users
3. Click the user group which contains user to be removed
4. Click Sub-items tab
5. Check user to delete
6. Click [...] button in sub-items menu and select "Delete"
7. Click Confirm

Actual result:

Editor/Customer was sent to trash. 

Expected result:

User should be deleted just like it works when "Send to trash" is clicked.
