Preconditions:

A clean installation of Ibexa DXP Experience 4.6.x-dev

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Dashboard.
2. Open Dashboard builder.

Actual result:

Products with lowest stock and Products by category blocks aren't visible and available and must be added manually in the Back Office.

Expected result:
In the Dashboard blocks: Products with lowest stock and Products by category blocks are visible and available by default.

Comments:

After the discussion, marek.nocon@ibexa.co suggests that the reason for this behavior is the fact that these migrations don't happen as are marked as provisioner only for Commerce edition.
