Role assignment with section limitations does not work

    Description

      After a clean install using OSS

      Create a User Group call Test Group
      Create a User called test user in the Test Group
      Assign the Editor role to the Test Group with the Section Limitation of Standard and Media (First try fails stating "Define a Subtree or Section limitation", selecting the sections and saving again works.)

      Login as the Test User to the Admin

      Expect to be able to create content but the Create button is grayed out.
