Steps:

1. Create content type with image asset field.
2. Create new content.
3. Click Browse and add some image.
4. Edit image.
5. Click Save as.. button.

Result: Modal appears. Cancel button is misaligned.

Expected result: Cancel button is aligned to other buttons.
