Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure
2. Select any item in content tree
3. Select one from those actions: copy, copy subtree or move
4. UDW is opened, click any content item
5. Click Create

Actual result:

Product category and Tag are displayed in content picker. If user click one of them it results with 404 error: "Taxonomy 'tags' entry cannot be created outside of its parent."

Expected result:

Product category and Tag should not be displayed in content picker.
