Preconditions:

Timezone in application set as default - UTC.

User system timezone: UTC + 2

Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure
2. Click Create, select Landing Page and confirm
3. Show timeline (UTC time is displayed)
4. Drag and drop a block
5. Go to block settings, switch to Scheduler tab
6. Click Set date for Reveal

Actual result:

Date time picker displays time from user system (UTC + 2). While timeline displays UTC time, just like it is set in User settings. What is more content publication/modification date is displayed according to User settings as well.

Expected result:

Date time picker should display time from User settings timezone to keep consistency with rest of application.
