Preconditions:

Ibexa Engage setup is not configured.

Steps:

1. Log in to the back office.
2. Click Create content, select location, select article and confirm
3. Click inside Richtext field to see the menu

Actual result:

Ibexa Engage custom tag is visible.

Expected result:

If configuration is not done, engage custom tag should be hidden.
