At the moment there is no possibility to add headings to the list. CKEditor allows such operations, unfortunately, we do not have such a possibility. The point in the list disappears immediately after adding a heading to it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a folder
2. Add list in Short description
3. on one of the list items try changing the text to "heading 1"

Result

the item on which you wanted to set the heading would no longer be an item in the list
