Steps to reproduce

1. go to any content
2. change priority
3. go to the dashboard and check the activity logs

Result

the activity log is not full

Expected Result

activity log should show what exactly was changed and for what content, regardless of the action on a given content or such actions should not be shown at all

Note

This problem also occurs for the "move" action. When checking the fix, you should check whether other actions do not also cause this problem
