Steps to reproduce

1. Add a second language (in BO and YAML)
2. Create content type with unchecked flag "Make content available even with missing translations" with ezstring field
3. Create content using the content type and language you created
4. Open UDW and try to search created content in the English language
5. Change language to created language without clicking apply
6. change other filters without clicking apply

Result

Before clicking apply all filters are added to the header which may confuse users as they may assume that the filters are in use but the content doesn't show. only after clicking the "apply" button do the filters work and the content appears correctly

Expected

There are two possibilities:
1. filters will automatically reload search results
2. Once selected, the filters will not appear in the header until you click "apply"
