Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to ALW application as editor user.
2. Edit or duplicate an image file.
3. In tag field add tag e.g test
4. Add another tag test with empty spaces at the end and hit enter key.

Actual result:

User can add several tags with the same tag name

Expected result:

User cannot add two tags with the same tag name. Each tag have contains unique tag name.

Note:
The issue only occurs in ALW react application.
