Prerequities:

• added additional language
• action configuration exists (length propety is within validation)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to action configuration /translations tab
2. Add new translation (ie eng-GB -> ger-DE)
3. In 'Translations manager' try to delete ger-DE translation

Actual result:
After prompt opens and clicking on Delete button an error occurs:

Argument '$updateStruct->updateStruct.actionTypeOptions[length]' is invalid: Length must be greater than 0 and lower than 1000

Also, translation is not deleted.

Expected result:
Translation is deleted properly
