Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to admin/ action configurations
2. Start creating a new action configuration
3. Add incorrect values (.ie '-1') to length, max tokens and temperature parameters

Actual result:
Length - lacks red notification above field
Max tokens - lacks red notification above field
Temperature - validation is not working here at all

Expected result:
Validation of fields should be consistent with https://www.figma.com/design/4sbNQyNLhFFwxWDH89Rf9X/%F0%9F%9F%A2-%5BIbexa%5D-Design-System?node-id=9439-233489&node-type=frame&t=Wo0ZT2h8WgvfA6L9-0

Also, notifications in bottom right should be removed, replaced by notifications above active field (please contact me or Natalia if that is not clear).
