add list of included files (php) in ezdebug

    Description

      It would be nice to have it (possibly optional) as part of debug output, especially considering the optimization goal of reduced memory usage.

      In detail:

      • dump a table of all included php files at end of debug
      • take a max_mem usage measurement in autoload.php to give user a feeling of how much memory is used by each file (actually 2: just before and just after including the file)
