Based on the implementation of EZP-27284 which is now in hybrid-platform-ui#master, PlatformUIBundle should provide the UDW custom element <ez-universal-discovery> to render the UDW.

Besides pure development of the custom elements, this involves several additional tasks:

• change the eZ.UniversalDiscoveryViewService to accept a numeric Location id for the startingLocationId parameter instead of the REST id moved to EZP-27423
• define how to expose YUI based models (eZ.Content, eZ.ContentType and eZ.Location). At the moment, they are converted with toJSON
• define which component is responsible for creating <ez-univeral-discovery> element. After EZP-27351, an event handler is set on the document to do that but maybe, <ez-platform-ui-app> should be responsible for that
