Display of version tables should depend on user permissions

    Description

      The current implementation of the Version tab does not use the user permission. The content of the tables should only be visible to users having
      content / versionread

      Scenario

      Given I am logged into the eZ application
And I don't have the right content / versionread
And I am viewing a published content item with drafts and archived versions
When I click on the ‘Versions’ tab
Then I see 3 tables
And the 3 tables I see "You don't have access to view the content item's versions"
And all the action buttons are disabled
