I create a site with setup wizard and choose russian language (no unicode).
Site is created and then in admin interface there is something wrokng with list of available languages near the "Edit" button. "???????" is displayed there instead of "russkiy" (Russian).

I think this is a name gotten from "share/locale/rus-RU.ini" (LanguageName) but interpreted wrong with our ezi18n library or something like this.
