Shipping costs are displayed in a misleading way in basket and on checkout.

Following points need to be changed:
1. Hide the shipping cost in basket widget until shipping cost type is selected during checkout (screen 1).
2. If shipping cost has already been selected during checkout. Add row in basket at the bottom with shipping cost (screen 2).
3. Add row in checkout after step 4/5 with shipping cost (screen 3).
4. If shipping cost has NOT been selected during checkout yet. Price in basket (and widget) should not include shipping costs (screen 4).

Side note: On the screenshots the logged in user is from Norway. Before a shipping cost is selected the system displays standard shipping costs for Germany.
