Steps to reproduce:

1. Fresh installation of Ibexa DXP.
2. Create additional language - eng-US.
3. Disable the original eng-GB language.
4. Add eng-US language to ezplatform.yml under the admin_group.
5. Try to create content in the UDW.
6. Observe the language in the 'select' and the language content was created in.

Result:
The content was created in the disabled eng-GB language.

Expected result:
The content should be created in the eng-US language.
